## 3. Account & Security

- Users must register with accurate and current information
- Users are responsible for account security
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse

## 4. Credit System

- Each research report costs 1 credit
- Credits are only deducted upon successful report generation
- Refunds for purchased credits are governed by the Refund Policy

## 5. Intellectual Property

Platform infrastructure, design, and technology belong to the Company. Users may use generated reports for commercial or personal purposes.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated report content. Reports are provided as decision-support tools.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
