2. Service Description

The Platform provides AI-powered market research report generation. Reports are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

3. Account & Security

• Users must register with accurate and current information
• Users are responsible for account security
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse

4. Credit System

• Each research report costs 1 credit
• Credits are only deducted upon successful report generation
• Refunds for purchased credits are governed by the Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

Platform infrastructure, design, and technology belong to the Company. Users may use generated reports for commercial or personal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated report content. Reports are provided as decision-support tools.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
