# Refund Policy

## 1. General Principle

Owlytics.ai uses a credit-based payment model. Purchased credits are credited to your account immediately.

## 2. Refund Conditions

- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
- For partially used packages, only unused credits are refundable
- Fully used credit packages are not refundable

## 3. Failed Reports

If report generation fails, your credit is automatically refunded. No separate refund request is needed for failed reports.

## 4. Refund Process

Submit refund requests via email to info@owlytics.ai. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

## 5. Exceptions

Credits earned through gifts or promotions are not eligible for refunds.
